Ensure the high level of customer satisfaction and quality processes are sustained in all the GSC transformation projects Lead projects within the approved CS&Q project portfolio (8-10 projects) Work with cross-functional teams in the front office, LOB, GSC, global team etc. to achieve successful project deliverables and bring a higher level of customer satisfaction, beating out our competitors Define the CS&Q continuous improvement project portfolio according to the analysis of Voice of Customer Lead regional programs and project implementations Ensure a successful project execution and phenomenon customer satisfaction Perform stakeholder analysis, readiness reviews, risk analysis' Develop training & communication plans Qualifications We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience. You are passionate about Customer Satisfaction & Quality Improvement You have strong leadership and influencing ability in a "Customer First" culture You are ready to take bold actions and make breakthroughs- to keep raising the bar on delivering premium level quality and service. You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a relevant function: CS&Q, Project Management, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or Organizational Transformation You have knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools; such as 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing etc.
