The Customer Sales Representative is a specialized position to meet the needs to ensure on-going customer communication and engagement for several offices. The goal is to enhance our communication and delivery for our customer base during a sales rep transition of territories.
Manage existing portfolio(s) during a rep transition for multiple offices
Ensure incoming customer communication is responded within 24 hours or less
Provide resolution to customer needs surrounding insurance certificate requests, billing questions, call back concerns, maintenance record requests, scheduling and any other customer activity.
Propose and sell additional service required to meet the needs of the customer
Facilitate and deliver all annual national, regional or sub-regional special projects
