Responsible for on-site customer service, assists Sales Representatives in gathering technical information, maintains databases, generates reports, and generates customer interest in various John Crane product lines.Duties & Responsibilities * Provides on-site product identification to Maintenance Superintendent/Maintenance Engineer. * Assist Sales Representative in obtaining mechanical information for seal/packing recommendations and complete survey database. * Assist Sales Rep in developing consignment inventory plan. * May be required to deal with the Maintenance Foreman or Planner on service calls with, or on behalf of, the Sales Representative. * Maintains reference files and a comprehensive database of seal surveys, generates MTBR, as well as, productivity and cost savings reports. Gathers technical information and drawings. * Generates interest/leads for couplings, lubrication, bearing isolators, seal water filtration systems. * Additional duties as assigned.Diversity & InclusionWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
