Job Description Customer Relations Manager

  • The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our customer database to ensure elevated engagement and satisfaction. Foster relationships with potential clients and connect them with our services and programs.

    Managing prospect information, generate detailed reports, conduct statistical analysis, and overseeing effective utilization of the CRM system.     Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other related field. 3-5 Years of experience working with a CRM System. Preferably Enquire or Sherpa. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with diverse populations, including seniors and their families.

    Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Enquire and PCC a plus Familiarity with senior living industry regulations, trends, and best practices is a plus.
