Customer Relations Manager

Crane Currency has an immediate position opening for a Customer Relations Manager Based in Dalton, MA. This role is a Hybrid role in that there is a combination of on-site and remote work weekly.

How you will make an impact: Maintaining and strengthening Crane's role as the preferred provider to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) and Government Printing Office (GPO). One key element of maintaining Crane's role as the preferred provider is ensuring flawless / efficient delivery of products and services.

The Customer Relations Manager position exists to execute the delivery of contract products and services to achieve Crane Currency goals and objectives while maximizing customer satisfaction. Point of Contact (POC) for BEP and GPO Contracting Officer Representatives (COR's). Management of the flow of communication, products, and services to maintain compliance with contracts and satisfy customer needs. Coordination of Joint Continuous Improvement, Process Change Notifications, Request for Information, contract modifications, and customer corrective and preventative actions responses in collaboration with Operations / R&D.

Coordination of monthly delivery forecast meetings with BEP/GPO. Compilation and communication of customer forecasts to Finance and Currency leadership Management of Commercial activities, budgeting, reporting and project plans for new product developments Coordinates GPO & US Currency stakeholder visits to Crane in support of contracts Compiles / communicates customer forecasts to Finance and Currency leadership at a monthly cadence as a minimum. Facilitates Customer Issues meetings and collaborates with Operations on task completion.

Supports Specialists in management and execution of orders / delivery. Coordinates and conducts US Secret Service training. Supports bi-weekly personal security clearance reviews with Crane Human Resources and BEP.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Required: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar discipline 7 years of progressive experience in a commercial environment 5 years of experience executing technical commercial processes with routine direct customer engagement 3 years of demonstrated successful history of facilitating and leading technical teams. Applicant must be a U.S.

Citizen with an ability to demonstrate and maintain suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust consistent with our US Government contract requirements.
