Assist sales associates with customer follow-up calls
Maintain an adequate level of needed supplies, including vehicle owner manuals & keys
Contact customers in a timely manner to follow up on their buying experience
Document customer feedback and generate appropriate reports to management
Accurately and effectively orient new customers to the vehicles purchased
Resolve any customer issues in ways that assures total satisfaction
Accurately account for all vehicle keys and manuals
Verify that every customer understands any 'WE OWE' commitments
Provide a positive, last impression to every customer regarding their overall sales experience
Prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by the CRM, Desk Managers, and F&I Managers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of filing systems, Microsoft Office, and office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, etc.
Good interpersonal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States
