Essential Functions

  • Assist sales associates with customer follow-up calls

  • Maintain an adequate level of needed supplies, including vehicle owner manuals & keys

  • Contact customers in a timely manner to follow up on their buying experience

  • Document customer feedback and generate appropriate reports to management

  • Accurately and effectively orient new customers to the vehicles purchased

  • Resolve any customer issues in ways that assures total satisfaction

  • Accurately account for all vehicle keys and manuals

  • Verify that every customer understands any 'WE OWE' commitments

  • Provide a positive, last impression to every customer regarding their overall sales experience

  • Prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by the CRM, Desk Managers, and F&I Managers

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of filing systems, Microsoft Office, and office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, etc.

  • Good interpersonal communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

  • Authorized to work in the United States

We have continued to improve the data center infrastructure implementation process over the last 30 years. We are looking to add a Sales Coordinator, who will work with in our Englewood, CO office along with other Coordinators, the Thermal, Channel and Power Sales teams, customers, vendors, and contractors to support Sales efforts and enhance the customer experience. The Sales Coordinator will work with engineers and technical people while handling stressful scenarios professionally. This person will work in a fast-paced and demanding environment which requires good time management skills. WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING: * Provide coordination and support to assigned Sales Manager on Thermal, Channel or Power sales projects. * Utilize vital tools such as: Vertivs Oracle Sales Cloud, PartnerWeb and PowerBi, and DVLs HubSpot CRM and SL 2018 Accounting systems. * Maintain awareness and basic technical knowledge of Vertivs product and service offerings. * Verify and obtain Sales Manager approval for each piece of equipment prior to purchase to minimize mis-ships and entry errors. * Coordinate with factory and customer associates to plan and track equipment according to delivery schedule and location specifications. * Efficiently track and trace all equipment and maintain up to date information to ensure proper and timely delivery. * Utilize electronic filing system to consolidate all project related documentation. * Closely monitor project budgets to ensure proper usage of budgeted categories. * Approve vendor invoices for payment daily within project budget constraints. * Invoice customers within specified time frame and in accordance with the project progress. * Be attentive to detail and knowledge of individual customer billing requirements and submission methods. * Utilize Flexible Billing in Microsoft Solomon (SL) for Buy-Resell projects. * Create purchase orders and Subcontract Agreements for assigned projects and track through to completion. * Manage and track vendors approval of our Terms & Conditions for each vendor subcontract. * Work with other Coordinators on combined projects.
