The Customer Relations Coordinator plays a key role in being the voice of the company when dealing with our main clients. Working as part of a team, the role will focus on ensuring all orders, shipment and delivery proceed on time and on budget, ensuring that partner companies, clients and suppliers are happy.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Operate as liaison between company entities, customers and transportation partners
  • Maintain records of customer communication & resolved issues
  • Daily data entry; order entry; tracking and management
  • Multiple customer service tasks as needed
  • Administrative duties with little or no supervision
  • Requirements

    • Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be well organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong, intermediate knowledge of MS Office & Excel
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Knowledge of SAP is required
    • Knowledge of HCL and ability to learn chemical concepts easily is preferred
    • Experience dealing with Chempax is preferred
    • 3-5 years Customer Service experience within the Chemicals industry is preferred

Serving as the primary engagement point for Specialty Chemicals and Materials division into non-semiconductor markets, the role will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing productive, long-term, win-win relationships with customers enabling Entegris to meet revenue, profitability and market share objectives in the target markets. In this role you will The position will be the primary Entegris employee responsible for working with customer personnel for assigned territory/markets/customers, maintaining productive relationships enabling Entegris and the customer to meet their respective business goals. As part of this responsibility, the role will have frequent contact with customer personnel, both through face-to-face meetings at customers sites and through telephone/conference calls. The role will manage ongoing engagement between multiple levels and functions at Entegris and client organizations, guiding opportunities through a sales funnel, ultimately to achieve the expected outcomes and measures of the role in terms of revenue, profitability and market share growth. * Develop and execute account and opportunity plans for key customers and prospects * Understand and communicate customer needs and position Entegris products to meet those needs * Ensure timely execution of actions throughout the sales cycle, interfacing with numerous functions internally to ensure adequate and timely completion of deliverables Traits we believe make a strong candidate * 10+ years of experience in the specialty chemical or materials industry, with at least portion of this experience in a sales or customer facing role * Strong sales skills and orientation, with a demonstrated capability to build lasting customer relationships from initial call to long-term partner. Familiarity with developing cost of ownership models and value-based selling is ideal. * Experience and knowledge in key markets for Entegris including customer relationships as well as product and application knowledge in catalysts and ligands for polymer, chemicals and pharmaceutical markets, coatings, aerospace and defense and medical markets. * Good negotiation skills enabling win-win outcomes with customers * Strong leadership and influence skills, including some project management skills and experience * Advanced degree in synthetic chemistry or a Bachelor's degree in chemistry and relevant technical experience Your success will be measured by Success in the role will be defined by growing product line revenues, profitability and market share.
