Provide prompt and courteous service to all telephone and electronic inquiries that come through
Provide order confirmations to customers
Provide proof of delivery / tracking information to customers
Gather and copy required documents for claim research
Manage internal system reporting
Assist department in a variety of ways to ultimately provide seamless service
Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Previous customer service experience highly preferred
Proficient computer/data entry skills
Flexibility to work an off-shift, on occasion, to provide applicable customer coverage
