In this role, you have the opportunity to
The Philips Healthcare Monitoring Analytics & Therapeutic Care (MATC) business serves the healthcare community through effective and efficient management of capital medical equipment installations and IT solution implementations across the healthcare continuum.
Your role as a Customer Project Coordinator will be to work under direction from the Project Manager/Team Lead, provide proactive project management assistance support to the project management team to ensure high quality on time delivery of projects and programs to customers. Lead key projects deliverables and liaise with project team members and external stakeholders in the development and execution of key deliverables.
You are responsible for
Assist PM through project management process
Provide updates/tracking on shipments for customers
Meet with PMs 1:1 to maintain project notes, clear internal hurdle
Meeting Prep - collecting information needed prior, room reservations, setting up Skype meeting
Update the Issue/Action log - follow up with respective owner with reminder 2 weeks out as well as at due date, enter updates
Update Decision and dependencies log - cross reference with Portfolio Program Interdependency log
Taking Meeting Minutes and disperse post meeting
Create initial build out of Project Plans (work breakdown structure)
Create presentations
Document Lessons Learned throughout the project
Spend time with experienced Project Managers with the goal of taking on a full PM role in 1-2 years

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Two or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
College degree preferred
Knowledge and experience in Project Management within a Healthcare Environment is preferred
Certification in Project Management preferred (PMP or Masters Certificate in Project Management) preferred
LEAN Certification is helpful
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates effective influential leadership across all project resources/stakeholders
Must be highly organized
Provide a stellar customer experience
Salesforce.com and other standardized Project Management tools and documentation preferred
This is a field-based position with travel throughout the assigned territory
Candidates need to live within the territory or within commuting distance to Florida area.
This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.
This is a remote/home based position
