Position Summary:
The Customer Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between our company and the customer at their manufacturing plant. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth communication, fostering positive relationships, and addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively. The Customer Liaison is responsible for understanding the customer's requirements, coordinating with internal teams to meet those needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the customer's manufacturing plant.
Communication: Serve as the main communication channel between the customer and internal teams, ensuring prompt and accurate exchange of information.
Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating issues as necessary and following through to resolution.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and applications to the customer.
On-Site Support: Provide on-site support as needed, including product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting assistance.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services according to the customer's requirements.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from the customer regarding our products, services, and overall experience, and relay this information to the appropriate internal teams for continuous improvement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including meetings, emails, and action items, to track progress and facilitate future communication.
Perform other duties as assigned.
