The Customer PAX Coordinator will be responsible for fostering and developing relationships with Customers, that fall within a geographic region. To procure sufficient freight from customers with pricing meeting company guidelines, and moving within defined lanes. Sufficient freight to be defined as keeping the Company's equipment pre-booked and generating best in class utilization as measured by the Company's budget goals.
An Associate degree, with 3 years of transportation logistics experience preferred. Strong customer service, communication, negotiation/sales, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Excellent computer skills including logistics/dispatch software preferably TMW or McLeod, and Microsoft Office Suite experience. Ability to multitask and work within a quick paced, high energy environment. Must have the desire to win, and the aptitude to be measured and meet performance goals. In leu of desired experience, we may consider a combination of education, experience, and aptitude in qualifying for this position
