Working closely with Customer Interest and Customer Opportunity teams to help maximize throughput and to fill opportunities within deadlines, all while meeting budget thresholds.
Identifying opportunities to make the Service Partner and Agent experience better in an effort to improve throughput, increase retention and decrease costs
Carrying out and promoting strategic plans in every interaction with available Service Partner pool (through outbound calls, inbound calls and chats)
Working cross-functionally to ensure that all relevant parties in the organization, such as Learning Delivery, Legal, Finance, Accounting and Customer Success needs are achieved
Indirectly overseeing temp team, and based on temp proficiency and department needs, determining callout, inbound and chat teams on a daily basis to fill US and CAN campaigns
Working to resolve every candidate issue, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction
Managing the delivery of programs and updating the strategy for the organization
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of new partners through questionnaires and discussions
Ensuring that Safe Harbor requirements are consistently adhered to
Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the customer environment
Helping to proactively define new sources of human capital
Leveraging technology to improve process and drive enhancements
Leading a team and devising individual development plans for direct reports
5 or more years of experience with people leadership
3 or more years of experience in recruiting and/or HRBPO
3 or more years of experience in designing strategy
Experience in supply chain operations preferred
Direct marketing experience preferred
College degree preferred
Strong command of MS office applications inclusive of Advanced Excel knowledge
