As the Customer Master MDM Lead, you will create the process, procedure and guidelines and drive the technical delivery of SAP S4/HANA and Informatica MDM to ensure LS&Co succeeds with new technology in an omnichannel environment. In this role, you will support the organization initiative to strengthen our Direct to Consumer business; you will own and drive the technical delivery of Customer Master in collaboration with the functional teams, Customer Master Governance and Support teams
About the Job:
Lead the technical delivery of all requirement, Design, development and testing of Customer Master projects
Perform & Lead all required configuration to set up BP Customer and Sites in SAP
Single point of contact for management reporting to leadership related to Customer master data.
Lead and Perform FIT -GAP on all SAP Customer master design needs and guide team on solutioning.
Formulate, set up and govern the process needed to address all Customer master integration needs from various sources.
Coordinate with all Stakeholder & support function for all SAP Customer master Design, development and testing needs.
Lead cross functional coordination for all project requirements, create stakeholder visibility and alignment on all project needs.
Lead all Agile process for Master data projects, coordinate with the Project manager, Scrum master & Development team on day to day activities.
Responsible for Configuration, Cutover and Conversion process for all Customer master related deliverables.
Coordinate with SAP Engineering, architect, testing and Release teams for all project implementation.
Formulate and activate the intake process for issue / changes related to SAP Customer Master
Guide SAP functional teams on proposed Customer master changes required to run the business successfully for wholesale and retail functions
Govern and lead 100 % utilization of Agile tools like Jira / Version One and testing tool for all SAP project implementation.
Identify knowledge gap within the team, coordinate and participate in delivering training
Responsible for creation and maintenance of Master data documents like Blueprints, Functional spec, Technical Spec, Configuration , Source to target mapping, testing and steady state instructions.
Lead the master data team on design & development of master data integration from source to target.
Lead the delivery of Customer master projects and production support in steady state phase.
8+ years of experience in SAP Customer Master Data, primarily in SAP Materials Management discipline.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Materials Management, Customer Master Governance or related discipline
In depth knowledge in SAP AFS or SAP Retail is required with complete Customer master related business process knowledge.
Hands on experience in the implementation of SAP Customer master for SAP AFS or SAP Retail.
Strong functional knowledge on Store, Distribution centers, and configuration knowledge on setting up plants in SAP
Working knowledge of cross functions like Procure to Pay, Order to cash, Finance, Replenishment and SAP Retail POS Inbound
Minimum 3 years of experience as lead, leading a materials management implementation team.
SAP Master data configuration knowledge is required, programming knowledge is an added advantage.
Experience in Agile / Safe hands-on experience and knowledge is preferred.
Hands on experience in using testing tools for projects.
Ability to translate complex ideas and data into digestible insights for master data team
Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
Strong communication and leadership skill to manage a project team.
Experience with Collibra or similar metadata management and Data Governance application is a plus
Experience working on large-scale global projects
Experience working with virtual teams and cross-functional partners
SAP S/4 HANA or SAP MDG implementation experience preferred
