JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Master Data Specialists will be responsible for managing Midmark's customer accounts to ensure the accuracy and quality of customer master data, as well as maintaining appropriate customer documentation. The position will maintain data accuracy and cleanliness by performing data integrity checks and cleansing, training, supporting stakeholders, research, and resolving data issues. Role will require frequent communication with stakeholder personnel including: Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, Corporate Accounts and Credit Department.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
Subject matter expert for customer master data
Create and modify customer master data to data standards
Research, append, and remove duplicate customer records
Conduct master data audits on existing and newly set up customers
Collaborate with Product Owner and business areas to improve master data processes and requirements
Writing documentation as needed for customer master training, policies, standards, controls and procedures and train accordingly
Leverage required computer systems to maintain quality customer data
Ensure customer's product ownership records are maintained
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Participate in projects related to and reliant on customer master data
Analyze and report key performance indicator results for customer data, enhancement queue, benchmark results and identify improvement opportunities
Establish rapport with stakeholders of customer data as well as Midmark customers
Participate in visits to customer or Midmark site locations.
Other responsibilities as determined by supervisor
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Outstanding organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload
Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate great attention to detail
Experience with integrated ERP System with customer master knowledge preferred
Ability to apply policies and standards consistently
Comfort in reinforcing policy and best practices
Could require 5% travel to customer or Midmark site locations
