As Customer Marketing Manager, you will focus primarily on increasing user retention. You will continuously look for new ways to drive user engagement, subscription upgrades, retention, and reactivations using high-tempo testing, data analysis, creative messaging, and marketing automation. You will architect and create targeted campaigns that delight customers, compelling them to gain more value from our client's products. You will leverage social media, email, SMS, and in-app messages to further drive customer engagement. Success as the Customer Marketing Manager is measured in increased retention rates, MAUs, and measurable increases in customer satisfaction.
You wont be alone. You will work with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Designers, Developers and Tech Support teammates to make sure your customer marketing engine is firing on all cylinders.Must-Have Job Qualifications
