Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for providing communications and experiences to move prospects to customers to advocates. This position is responsible for driving email marketing programs to improve engagement, drive land and expand revenue and improve customer attrition.

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will work with both internal and external partners to drive engagement, nurture loyalty and advocacy while reducing churn and maximizing activation and revenue from software customers. You will help drive lifecycle's marketing campaign strategy, focusing specifically on email marketing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with at least 2+ years in the SaaS environment

  • 3+ years of email marketing experience; including coding, copywriting, and development

  • 2+ years in customer engagement or retention marketing

  • Proven experience using at least two of these channels: email, push notifications, SMS: familiarity with email platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Constant Contact), tracking, analytic tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Analytics)

  • Excellent HTML, CSS skills and a passion for designing cutting-edge email marketing programs

  • Proven ability to effectively project manage, strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills

  • Experience in the ideation of emails, landing pages, and CTAs, designing and executing A/B tests, and drawing actionable conclusions from results.

  • Excellent creativity, sense of visual design, and ability to produce compelling copy, with great attention to detail

  • Experience working in rapid growth environment that requires flexibility and continuous innovation

  • Able to "roll up your sleeves" to do what is needed in urgent situations while maintaining a "big-picture" view

  • Goal driven and comfortable developing targets and long-term goals and measures for program performance

  • Experience implementing and optimizing a marketing automation platform is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage email, and direct mail channels to drive prospects and customers across lifecycle stages

  • Play critical role in building strategy and email programs with our marketing automation platform; perform day-to-day email marketing activities including email campaign setup, scheduling, A/B testing, email optimization and deployment

  • Drive improvements of email designs including content, look & feel, and delivery times

  • Build and communicate campaign schedules on-time to key stakeholders

  • Leverage and build closed-loop reporting, campaign forecasts and share out results and learnings to the broader groups

  • Collaborate, design and deploy automated nurture programs to both customers and prospects

  • Assist department with a wide variety of marketing projects, to possibly include contract submissions, permission marketing, and event support

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing and Research and Insights teams to translate value propositions into effective positioning to both prospects and customers.

  • Partner with Content Marketing to map out content needs to each marketing campaign

  • Develop relationships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Customer Success to support process, strategy and lifecycle roadmap

  • This position is mostly stationary and will be required to remain stationary for extended periods of time.

Marketing Technology is responsible for the development and modifications of internal applications and systems, document systems changes, may be involved with enterprise wide integrations for marketing technologies. Marketing Technology measures performance against process requirements for marketing automation platforms and aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Marketing Technology Specialist will be responsible for executing and analyzing digital marketing opportunities, driving innovation and working with other functional areas. This role serves as a strategist and executor of technology implementations, marketing automation configuration and will have hands-on, day to day responsibilities to ensure the adoption, proper usage, and innovation of existing technology deployments. This individual will support our marketing acquisition, lifecycle marketing and SDR teams in architecting nurture programs, campaign executions and monitoring performance of marketing programs. They will adhere and drive processes to ensure high data quality standards and efficiency across the marketing and sales functions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing-related field or equivalent * 4+ years of experience in marketing technology and/or marketing operations, * 3+ years hands on experience with Marketo deployments, marketing automation management and nurture program development and design * Marketo Certified is a plus * Strong experience with marketing technologies (Marketo, Oracle, Salesforce, Drift, Outreach, etc) * Strong project management, collaboration and customer service skills * Strong knowledge of MQL <> SQL marketing processes * Strong experience designing marketing programs, segmentation, and monitoring performance * Adaptable to constant change and fast paced environments * Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills. * Positive mindset paired with ambition to be a change catalyst * Adept at multi-tasking and juggling a variety of time-sensitive projects in a deadline driven environment * Strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently.
