Position Summary

The primary role is to meet our Customers' needs utilizing data and business analytics to demonstrate the value-added capabilities IMS can provide. The ideal candidate would be able to build and maintain Customer relationships using information and analytics with a focus on maintaining and growing sales. This role is responsible for field support and training; bringing insight to the Customer via Business Reviews, analytical presentations, marketing content, field sales support and training. When necessary this role will be an active participant in Business Reviews with customers. Responsibility focuses on IDNs and supporting AMs/RPMs with regional and individual facility Customers.


  • Work closely with Customers to Identify critical business information needs

  • Engages with Customers throughout the Customer Experience lifecycle to gather information, analytical business needs and requirements utilizing information and reporting tools to develop insight, build relationships, demonstrate IMS value, and deliver presentations to Customers.

  • Works closely to engage and build relationships with Customer Staff including: Data Scientists, Data Analyzers, and other analytical teams.

  • Develop and deliver Business Reviews with Key Accounts, IDNs, GPOs, and BIOMED Distributors.

  • Creates marketing content for advancement of Customer Experience through Insight delivery.

  • Works closely with Sales, Sales Management, Repair Managers and Product Managers to support growth and retention of top-line sales.

  • Provide demonstration and sales support of Customer facing IT Systems.

  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert as well as a technical expert for IMS Sales Personnel as it relates to systems, data, and reporting tools to utilize during Business Reviews.

  • Develops training content and materials for all levels of sales and Customer facing operations

  • Develops and assists with sales training plans, programs, and procedures related to Customer Business Reviews.

  • Provides instruction as necessary at IMS University regarding information tools, reports and business review procedures

  • Provides instruction on the effective use of IT tools used to gather information which supports the Customer analytical process.

  • Demonstrates and trains sales staff on basic analytical interpretation, standard report execution, presentation preparation.

  • Apply knowledge business intelligence reporting needs to enhance the development of business intelligence solutions.

  • Responsible for working with the Business Intelligence team to consolidate and strategize on Customer information requirements to develop standard scalable analytical solutions.

  • Ensures Customer's reports are accurate, high quality, intuitive and that they demonstrate the correct organizational strategy.

  • Works closely with internal Sales Analyst to align internal sales management systems to ensure compliance with Customer Information needs.

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business, analytics, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • 5-7 years of work experience with a track record of utilizing analytics, strategy development, and program execution.

  • Strong data analytics experience utilizing data to show value proposition of services provided.

  • Strong attention to detail on products. Must have demonstrated experience building a portfolio and be able to articulate feature tradeoffs and decision processes for delivering best-in-class products to consumers.

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and feel at ease communicating regularly with technical and business teams.

  • Experience interacting with Customers and partners for technical and/or product integration.

  • Ability to communicate with and influence technical, product and design teams.

  • Ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple sites.

  • Experience in Field Marketing strongly preferred.

  • Strong customer-orientation with ability in developing and fostering long term effective relationships with key accounts and end users.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Delivery Driver's primary function is to deliver and distribute Nestlé products to various customer sites while demonstrating sound safety practices. This position delivers and unloads palletized orders, checks product and quantities for accuracy, and maintains all necessary paperwork. Delivery Drivers manage customer expectations in regards to delivering, following instructions and managing backroom storage. This role works directly with store managers and store personnel to ensure a high level of customer service is provided in retail accounts. The position requires driving to grocery store customers in a company vehicle. Knowledge and compliance with Department of Transportation ("DOT") standards, meals/break policies, etc. is mandatory PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Demonstrate Decision Driving skills including, but not limited to, proper following distance, proper eye lead, proper stopping distance, checking intersections, using safety wedge, proper use of horn, left/ right turn execution, seat belt use, checking and scanning mirrors, maintaining proper speed, proper lane observance, parking in appropriate locations and avoiding backing-up. Incumbent must be in compliance with DOT standards and follow all DOT policies and processes. Keep a clean and orderly cab and trailer. * Know the Accounts (check-in practices, tendencies of other vendors, etc.) and create rapport with appropriate customers in all accounts, to gain trust and build a positive working relationship. Communicate with customers by name during deliveries, and exhibit a professional, polite and assertive demeanor. Respond to customer requests, and forward customer requests on to sales representative or management as needed. * Optimize the loading of the carrying aid and use optimal handling technique (known as Time-to-Sell processes) to maximize productivity. * Adhere to planned routing stop sequence to meet open/closed receiving time windows and minimize overall mileage & travel time. Follow prescribed travel path, adjusting to mitigate delay only when necessary, and communicate to sales personnel. * Pick up credits on appropriate basis, place loads in proper freezer area, follow store procedures, and complete paperwork appropriately. Be mindful of product, always handling carefully. * Utilize handheld and printer equipment to successfully invoice and document daily activities. Complete proper handheld transactions for miss-picks transfers, and additional product sales. Physically return product to warehouse when needed. The expectation when physical inventory is completed is that the variance should be zero. * Responsible for updating management with accurate door receiving timeframes when changes occur. Communicate directly with co-workers on issues, openly shares ideas with others, encourage performance in others, give feedback when needed, and trains new employees when applicable. * Conduct activities in a safe manner, follow corporate safety guidelines and requirements (no cell phones while driving, pre-trip/ post-trip inspections, proper bending, etc.), use personal protective equipment, proactively address any unsafe conditions observed and lock vehicle.
