Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join the Customer Experience team for the Outdoor Performance platform. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with the power brands, and invest inward. The Customer Experience team will be part of the Global Commercial organization and will drive growth in the Outdoor Performance business by winning customers and channels, while finding efficiency in a consolidated commercial management structure.

As the Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks to support the accuracy, flow, and on-time delivery of customer orders. You will become proficient in systems and tools used to maintain customer records and process orders. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of customer records and the application of pricing and terms to customer orders. You will research and troubleshoot issues impacting order flow and support the customer experience team in identifying systematic and process related solutions to improve the overall customer experience.

This position reports to the Customer Experience Operations Manager and is based in Logan, Utah.

As the Customer Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Become proficient in systems and tools used to enter and process customer orders.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in systems and tools.

  • Ensure the accuracy of pricing, terms, and conditions applied to customer orders.

  • Develop automated solutions to improve order flow.

  • Conduct research, troubleshoot problems, and streamline processes to continuously improve the customer experience.

  • Train Customer Experience team members on system and tool capabilities.

  • Support the Customer Experience team in a variety of projects and tasks as needed.

You have:

  • 2+ years' experience in customer support role

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and a self-starter mentality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and CSV

  • Customer focused drive to take on diverse projects and initiatives

You might have:

  • Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study (preferred)
  • Outdoor industry experience

Pay Range:

$20.63 - $29.09

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
