Who You Are

A detail and solution-oriented customer champion. You're passionate about helping customers find what they need with as little effort as possible. You present information clearly to interested leads, returning customers, and your team. Bonus points if you have experience working remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Brand & Product Expert: Learn all facets of our brands, product catalog, offered services, and the business.
  • Omni-Channel CX: Provide knowledgeable, timely product and service info over email, chat, and phone.
  • Comfort Specialist: Memorize our sleep technology and modular furniture setups to help customers understand what products best suit their lifestyle.
  • Effortless Returns: Record return data and coordinate pickups with local charities and recycling services.
  • Improve the Experience: Constantly update management on customer related trends and suggest improvements.

Remote Requirements

  • You will need reliable, high-speed internet
  • We will provide a laptop & other necessary equipment

Additional Job Details

  • This full-time, hourly position is for 40 hours per week, 10 am- 7 pm PT (Tuesday- Saturday)
  • Must be available to work weekends & holidays
  • This is a permanent remote position
