Customer Experience Specialists are the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores. They are obsessed with finding the right solutions to fit each person's immediate and future needs. Customer Experience Specialists are given the full training necessary to recommend the right products and services to each customer. This includes fundamentals of delivering world-class product knowledge and customer service in a customer obsessed environment. You will be trained in the department that most interest you and be exposed to learning about new and exciting product categories as they are developed.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do: The Customer Support Specialist will serve as a point of contact for all customer issues on a variety of Windrock products. This position will provide technical phone, internet, and email support. * Provide technical assistance to customers for Windrock's Product line * Provide remote customer support for troubleshooting issues and installations/commissioning's * Maintain detailed records of customer problems and provide reports to management on customer issues * Manage RMA process from receiving through repairs to shipping * Interface with repair and engineering personnel regarding customer issues * Assist in the testing and inspection of repaired equipment * Applies developing knowledge of reciprocating engine and compressor principles and practices to assigned tasks. * Contributes to a work group; works well with other engineering and technical team members. * Contributes to the department continuous improvement culture. * Maintain an understanding of IIOT technology and articulate differentiators between ChampionX and our competitors. * Other duties as required.
