At Grant Thornton, our professional staff applies traditional, cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of analyses. As part of our team, the Senior Manager will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Manage a team of customer experience professionals to facilitate customer experience improvement activities for the client.

  • Experience in ideation, issue discovery, data analytics, design thinking, prototyping, wire framing and other CX leading best practices.

  • Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work.

  • Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

  • Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).

  • Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees outside of engagement responsibilities.

  • Interview campus and/or experienced candidates.

  • Required capabilities:IT Design & Implementation, Digital Services & Innovation

  • Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.

  • U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.

  • Travel may be required.

  • Coach and mentor junior staff members.

  • Ability to work overtime required on occasion.

  • Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.

  • Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Provide customer experience activities to the client to understand current state and design future state to improve overall customer experience. * Activities include facilitating crowd sourced ideation campaigns for the customer base, developing personas, customer journey maps, empathy maps and stake holder maps. * Facilitating design thinking sessions to develop solutions to issues identified during discovery. * Apply Human Centered Design principles to the client problem space. * Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). * Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials. * Experience prototyping or wire framing solutions and gathering feedback from the market. * Required capabilities: Digital Services & Innovation, Advanced Digital Technology and Analytics * Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field. * Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees. * U.S. citizenship may be required.
