Customer Experience Representative

Job Title: Customer Experience Representative Bethel Farms is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Arcadia, Florida.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for prospective and current customers. They will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and following up with a customer once an order has been completed. Responsibilities: • Field and service all direct customer inquiries and requirements, working in conjunction with the Customer Experience Manager and Vice President of Sales & Marketing to increase sales of products to customers in accordance with agreed strategies and business plans. • Respond to daily telephone and email inquiries from customers regarding requirements that include product information, pricing, services, and delivery information. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer issues. • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.
