The Customer Experience Marketing Manager for Radiometer is responsible for enhancing our brand by crafting an outstanding customer journey. We believe that customer experience is the sum of all interactions a customer has with a company and their products. A customer's feelings about the company and its offerings drive future decision-making, which is ultimately a result of their overall experience.

This position is part of the Marketing department and will be fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the marketing team and report to the Director, Marketing responsible for enabling the organization to navigate towards positive and competitively differentiated customer experiences. You will also oversee the development, measurement, and execution of actionable KPIs to close the gaps in the Customer Experience (CX) journey.

This will require cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Digital Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Service, and several other stakeholders. In this newly-created, high-visibility, high-impact role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and measure closed loop analytics to drive a positive Customer Experience (CX) by providing insights into trends within our customers' experience and recommends how to leverage positive or mitigate negative touch points.

  • Develop programs, establish standard work, and drive change management to improve Customer Experience (CX) metrics.

  • Gather Customer Insights through multiple channels to better inform stakeholder decision-making.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 5+ years of realted experience and a bachelor's degree in Scientific, Marketing, or Business field OR 2+ years of experience and a Masters degree in one of the above major areas

  • Experience in identifying, developing, and measuring relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for customer experience, identifying key interactions driving customer satisfaction, and assessing and acting on insights based on market drivers, competitive landscape, market access, reimbursement/ funding, and value chain in buying decisions.

  • Demonstrated advanced skills in stakeholder management, conducting VOC (voice of customer) and VOS (voice of sales), possess an analytic ability to translate business KPI data into actionable insights, and has proficient skills in project management.

  • Knowledge in MS Office/ MS 365 applications with advanced knowledge in excel, PowerBi, and other business applications that store and analyze data in a relational database, e.g., CRM, ERP systems and CX platforms

  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% with English as the primary language

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • The Medical Product Industry -- Diagnostics industry experience is especially valuable

  • Possessing an additional language

The salary range for this role is $92,000 - $97,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
