The Customer Experience Manager at Tektronix is responsible for driving exceptional experiences across all digital channels and platforms. They are an expert in understanding audience behavior and influence marketing leaders to adopt best practices. They constantly track the latest techniques in usability and customer journey design to drive growth and new customer acquisition.
Drive user research and concept development, for digital experiences that bring simplicity and user friendliness to a complex B2B buyer journey
Work closely with designers and front-end developers to drive effective UX and feature improvements across all Tek.com properties and digital marketing journeys
Liaise with other departments to champion customer experience changes throughout the organization
Identify and champion opportunities to improve the quality of the Tektronix customer experience, working collaboratively with other departments to implement and improve process, communications and systems that impact our ability to deliver our desired customer experience
Develop and recommend CX standards, policies and procedures designed to meet the company's goals & initiatives.
Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, and generate actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing.
Suggest new optimization and measurement methods to improve digital customer experience.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, graphic design, human/computer interaction or a related field.
5 years of digital/UX experience in both desktop and mobile, preferably some in a B2B industry.
2 years of management experience leading successful CX initiatives, including both strategic and tactical projects.
Demonstrated experience launching digital experiences including mobile apps (cross-platform), responsive web, or other form of interactive digital media.
Proven experience with UX deliverables, including personas and journeys, task and gap analyses, content analysis and strategy, site maps, wireframes, user-flow diagrams, and user-requirements documents.
Experience working with Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Sitecore and/or additional CX software is a plus.
