Customer Experience Facilitator

Customer Experience Facilitator is responsible for the safety and security of the Customer and Technology Center. This position supports the Product Management teams in preparation of customer demonstrations. Ensure the Customer & Technology center meets the quality standards set by the Customer Experience Manager and Executive Vice President for TRUMPF's Customer Experience.

Customer Experience Facilitator Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient Customer Technology Demonstration floor and office area that meets the standard for TRUMPF's Customer Experience.

• Maintain the safety and security of the Customer & Technology building and personnel by coordinating safety inspections with Safety Manager.

• Facilitate and coordinate all equipment installation, decommissioning and maintenance in the Customer Demonstration floor.

• Facilitate all purchases as they relate to the customer experience ensuring compliance with TRUMPF's purchasing guidelines.

• Manage inventory of TRUMPF Marketing closet including literature, giveaways, and other materials

• Facilitate good communication with vendors as they relate to activities in the Customer Technology center. Walker, Cafe vendor, Airgas, etc.

• Support the development of Customer Experience standards for TRUMPF Inc. and engage in continuous improvement for these.

• Coordinate campus logistics on behalf of Product Management.

• Coordinate development and purchasing of show plates together with Tradeshow Coordinator.

Experience

Excellent attention to detail and clerical skills. Windows & Microsoft Office computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, SAP. Must be well organized. Must exhibit desire to create a first class customer experience. Past experience with fabricating machine tool application and maintenance necessary.
