Butler Hospitality is hiring Customer Experience professional(s) to join our team. This role is designed to ensure we deliver a great experience for our guests. Our ideal candidate must be customer service oriented, patient and a have a high attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and mobile orders.
- Answer questions about the menu and our service.
- Focus on guest satisfaction.
- Resolve any issues as they arise.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Strong phone skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Adaptable to respond to different types of situations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- English speaking.
- Legal to work in the USA.
