The Production Customer Experience position is responsible for the general oversight of all areas that touch and affect our homeowners. This would include, but is not limited to:

• Contact with the homeowner when a job moved into production

• Scheduling measurements with our in house and subs prior to job starting

• Reviewing pre-job questionnaire and making sure all notes are addressed

• Weekly update to the customer on job status

• Notifying homeowner on material delivery expectations

• Notifying homeowner on sub crew timing and what to expect

• Incoming calls for questions, issues and ability to manage customers that may become agitated about specific aspects of the project

• Notifying homeowner of an issue that may have come up on a build prior to a complaint

• Coaching Field Jobsite managers on how to handle specific customers

• Reviewing company cam pictures for each job so we have documentation of all aspects

• Certificate of satisfaction loaded into CRM for all jobs completed

• Request reviews from customers

• Schedule issues to be resolved and follow up with them in a timely manner

• Updates in Xactanalysis for Contractor Connection and Lionsbridge customers

• Sub contractor insurance documents current - Workman's Comp and general liability

• Sub Contractor agreements signed

• Order and maintain supplier samples so our sales team are using the color swatchs and brands that we are supplying

• Tracking compliance with our 45 day maximum job duration goal and segregating the jobs that are not and identifying why they are not

• In constant communication with all the production team and holding them accountable to the customer experience at all times and addressing concerns with General Manager for repeated issues

We are looking for someone who has worked in construction and enjoys working with homeowners. Minimum of 1 year experience with homeowner projects, preferably construction. This is a full time opportunity and hours will be 40 per week.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
