What you'll do:
Deliver exceptional customer service and promote our products and services
Provide superior, friendly, engaging, and efficient customer service
Partner with local managers to create new ways to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for:
Passion for providing an A+ customer experience: someone who goes the extra mile and pays attention to every detail, with experience performing a variety of customer-facing functions
Excellent organization and time management skills, with a track record of influencing performance and championing change in a fast-paced retail environment
Self-motivated individual capable of having powerful conversations with the ability to build trusting relationships
Professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding English oral and written communication skills with customers, co-workers and management. Candidates fluent in additional languages are encouraged to apply.
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
