JOB SUMMARY

Join an 8-person team where, you will rotate to support the team and reception area. In this role you will operate a telephone switchboard to answer, screen, route calls and relays messages. Perform administrative support tasks such as data entry. Greet and answer inquiries for public, customers, and visitors; announce and log visitors. Process outgoing mail and receive deliveries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides excellent customer service in person, on the phone and via email.

  • Routes calls and supports requests to the proper department.

  • Greets and directs visitors.

  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills and Competencies:

  • Customer service experience.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • MS Office suites, very comfortable using Excel.

  • Analytical mindset.

Experience:

The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least one (1) year:

Required:

  • Customer service experience, required.

  • Reasoning skills.

  • Computer skills-MS Offics (Word & Excel)

  • Administrative skills

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and listening including Telephone and in person

  • Professionalism

  • Customer focus skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM Ticketing systems, MS Dynamics or any system

  • Quick learning, like to learn new things

  • Quick computer skills-ability to take notes and enter data via computer

  • Ability to multitask

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Location: In Office-onsite Paducah, KY 3 days week, can work from home 2 days.

Hours: Typical Hours are 8-5pm M-F, each team member is required to work overtime every 8th Saturday 7am-1pm and also needs to have some flexibility to cover shifts 7am-7pm when needed by the team.

Travel: No travel typically required.

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) and the basic need to look at a computer screen 8 hours a day.
