Mobiquity is growing, and a such, in need of a Customer Experience Analytics Manager. The right person for this role will have an "unusual" mix of data knowledge, including business, technical and UX. This role, will, among other things work with our teams and customers to drive analytics to then drive revenue. Formulate and deliver data solutions aligned with clients' objectives and their digital maturity
Be able to consult across the whole data value chain and develop proposals which take into account the full range of services Mobiquity can offer
Be actively involved in designing and delivering solutions in their analytical field of expertise
Project work in agile teams (with Mobiquity colleagues); for seniors also the role to start at the customer without a direct team and pave the road to further grow the clients with Sales
Assist in pre-sales and solutioning, work with sales and pre-sales consultants to solve the analytics part of customer engagements
Advocate on analytics internally within Mobiquity (further building maturity) and externally (give presentations to prospects)
Frequent trips to local clients, but also engagements which are being run from Mobiquity office, with the flexibility to work from home
In-depth experience in one or more of: web analytics, product analytics, conversion rate optimization, analytics engineering, personalization, business intelligence (10+ years' experience)
Must have a demonstrable background in applying data insights in a business or product development setting
An understanding of the end-to-end analytics value chain, from data strategy through to data collection, KPI setting & dashboarding/reporting, A/B testing and data science
Stakeholder management, able to influence at all levels and communicate with authority
Expert working proficiency in one or more of the following: Web Analytics tools (e.g GA, Adobe), A/B testing providers (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target), SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), Excel
Intellectually curious, humble
Self starter, able to work autonomously and in a team, at times in distributed locations
Nice to Have:
Experience working in Agile teams
Product management experience, especially the ability to write user stories based on an interpretation of usage analytics in order to optimize digital products
An understanding of when data science & advanced analytics should be applied
