We are seeking a Customer Experience Analyst to be responsible for learning and understanding customer perspective on their experiences with Ultradent. Customer Experience Analyst will interact with customers via social media, surveys, other online tools and in-person settings to gain a clearer understanding of the customer's needs. Analyst will also monitor customer sentiment on various industry and social media platforms to recommend new projects that make it easier for customers to do business with Ultradent.

Analyze interaction and survey data, then provide summary findings

Review call and chat logs to gain further insight into customer sentiment
Demonstrated track record of strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to provide superior customer service
Proficient in social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data
Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
