Within Customer Engagement, the Message Activation team develops and delivers holistic, audience-centric messaging across communication channels throughout the Customer Journey for the Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Domestic Destinations. The CE Manager II is responsible for cohesive messaging planning and implementation across their designated line of business. They ensure audience-centric messaging is being developed and delivered across the Customer Journey to achieve business objectives. The CE Manager II also serves as the CE messaging "champion" with internal partners and stakeholders, providing strategic direction and consultation on the best ways to leverage multi-channel, multi-touch messaging to achieve campaign/program goals.

  • Lead the cross-campaign and always on messaging development and coordination for the broader CE team supporting each line of business (CE LOB). Includes developing fiscal year messaging grids, aligned to marketing strategy inputs and CE audience strategies.

  • Represent Message Activation and strengthen relationship with LOB CE partners in Planning and Activation to establish a streamlined process and holistic plans that best serve each business.

  • Review CE campaign messaging recommendations and creative inputs to ensure campaign strategy and messaging alignment across audiences and campaigns/programs.

  • Determine integration and establish strategic consistency across Campaigns and Always-On message activation teams and initiatives.

  • Strengthen day-today relationship with Yellow Shoes and creative partners to identify best processes and deliverables to be able to deliver upon recommended messaging.

  • Lead messaging development and project coordination of Content Integrations with media publishers, Strategy, CE planning, Yellow Shoes, and Carat, as assigned.

The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the quality management systems associated with the food and nutritional supplements for the distribution center. This position is responsible for continually improving Ashland's compliance to internal quality policies, standards and processes and applicable external quality standards and certifications. The position requires collaboration with product compliance staff, business partners and internal stakeholders from various functional groups. In addition to providing governance and interpretation for quality requirements, the position represents Ashland externally to customers and compliance authorities. This position will report to the Director Global Quality, Trade and Compliance Solutions. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: * Leading the quality management systems associated with the food and nutritional supplements * Development and implementation of cGMPs and SOPs and conduct training plant wide * Monitor cGMP compliance activity and program effectiveness and assess business impact to identify non-compliance issues or risks * Engage and collaborate with internal and external legal counsel on matters of non-compliance * Recommend and implement management programs and processes, including practices to support regulatory compliance and risk management activities * Prepare and update product specifications to meet customer requirements * Audit documentation and verify vendor data * Investigate customer complaints, respond and complete Complaint Report with corrective action * Coordinate with vendor to ensure corrective action has been completed * Implement an Internal audit program * Participate in cGMP Compliance and safety audits * Evaluate received material for compliance to applicable specification * Responsible for supplier qualification and supporting supplier audits * Manage the documentation control function * Determine and communicate status of received materials * Manage the product return process * Engage directly with customers to support their GMP compliance activities relevant to the products distributed * Actively participate and collaborate with Quality and Production members to enable discussions with customers regarding product related questions * Ability to join Sales in customer support and customer visits as it relates to product information * Lead with the courage and confidence to guide the company towards innovative solutions that leverage a risk-based approach yet deliver ethical decisions and products that are safe, suitable and compliant for their end-use markets * In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following: Experience and Education: * Technical knowledge relative to the testing of probiotics * Thorough knowledge of applicable cGMP regulations, enforcement and industry practice relevant to the food and dietary supplement product categories * 5 - 7 years of relevant experience working with regulatory agencies such as US FDA, relevant and trade organizations' * Bachelor or Master Degree, in chemistry or related technical discipline * Quality Assurance experience required * Professional regulatory certification preferred Technical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities * Possess a Technical understanding and practical working knowledge of the Testing associated with the Probiotics product line * Fast learner with a flexible style and the ability to adjust to changing business priorities and changing regulatory landscapes * Responsive and highly accountable: solution-, results- and action-oriented * Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to interface with internal and external contacts at all levels * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills * Ability to work collaboratively with peers * Ability to handle multiple tasks / projects simultaneously * Self-starter with ability to think and act independently and to make sound recommendations and decisions * Demonstrated ability to manage projects across complex organizations * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Must be able to work in a multi-cultural environment In more than 100 countries, the people of Ashland LLC.
