The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for managing Paid Search Campaigns for

Enterprise-level clients. You will provide consultative solutions to address customer business

needs and will help execute clients' strategies in order to drive traffic and maximize returns,

efficiences, and customer acquisition.


Plan, manage, and execute Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaigns, including but not limited to:

account setup, strategy & tactical development, organization, management, and testing

Responsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily

management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative

keyword strategies, audience management, exclusion & optimization, ad creative, and landing

page revisions based on performance history and the clients objectives

Implement automated bidding solutions to maximize customers' SEM objectives

Analyze performance data and trends to gather insights, identify opportunities, and

communicate goal-driven recommendations to clients

Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with customers and act

as a trusted advisor to brands and their agencies

Lead discussions that drive customers' marketing strategy, help define key business success

metrics, monitor and report on goals in order to provide visibility to customers

Interact on a regular basis with customer personnel through virtual and on-site meetings

regarding their marketing program goals and successes

Work within a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class client experience

Stay informed of industry news and developments, new best practices, and emerging

technologies which could impact customers


2+ years of experience managing large scale, complex SEM campaigns

In-depth understanding of Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaign management and optimization

best practices, as well as search retargeting

Advanced understanding of online media metrics and the impact of those on client campaigns

and marketing initiatives. Well-versed in client KPIs, inclusive of: Branding/Awareness, Customer Acquisition & LTV,

Direct Response

Advanced Excel capability with confidence in data manipulation and analysis

Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving mindset. Must show agility in understanding

concepts deeply and quickly then able to relay knowledge to colleagues and customers in a

concise and clear way

Excellent client facing and presentation skills, with the ability to make credible strategic

recommendations, provide updates against KPIs on a regular basis, and participate in QBRs

High levels of attention to detail, integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation, coupled with strong

project management and organizational skills

Ability to strengthen the Customer and Marin partnership through their day-to-day interactions

with internal and external teams

Experience with other SaaS technologies, Web Analytics Platforms and/or CRM systems
