Yext is seeking a dynamic and organized Customer Education Services Manager to join Yext's Customer Education Services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers are equipped with the knowledge and skills to fully leverage our platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging training experiences, have a knack for simplifying complex concepts, and possess excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead live and online training sessions, including consulting with subject matter experts and customers to prescribe and deliver training programs
  • Create interactive on-demand training programs for users
  • Support engaging and evolving educational resources to help customers shorten time to value
  • Assist with strategy development and execution
  • Engage in needs assessment for training and education content and programs

What You Have

  • 3+ years of internal or customer training program experience
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Familiarity with content design tools for creating engaging training materials
  • Desire to constantly innovate
  • Ability to conduct live demo sessions and train on product best practices
  • Strong project management skills to meet documentation release dates
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Adobe Suite
  • Energized by a dynamic, fast-paced cross-functional environment

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee's job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.

Annual Base Pay Range

$89,500-$134,500 USD
