Role Summary:

The Customer Education Services Specialist will be responsible for providing support activities to assure a world class training experience at all GE and CFM partner training centers. This role is responsible for CTEC financial responsibilities, interpretation and implementation of customer training contractual commitments, and coordination of customer training activities.

In this role, you will

Essential Responsibilities:

Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization

<;li>Be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy

Be accountable for creation and maintaining records consistent with GE's revenue recognition policy and procedures

Own and manage CTEC's billing process including invoicing, invoice tracking, and customer follow up as required

Provide contract interpretation of customer training allowances for all contract types

Provide functional ownership of CTEC Learning Management System including functional expertise, new requirement definition, instruction and overall LMS management

Coordinate course schedules with CTEC Subject Matter Experts and manage these course schedules within the LMS schedules, cancellations and changes as needed

Interface with customers to manage student enrollment, class completions, changes and special requirements

Develop processes and training to empower customer self-service opportunities

Coordinate with Safran counterparts on contractual interpretation of entitled training and training credits

Implement and update customer training allowances consistent with fleet changes

Provide analytic analysis of financial and instructional trends

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 4 years of Project Management or Operations experience)

A minimum of 3 years of contractual, operations or learning management system (LMS) experience

A minimum of 1 year experience with billing and financial processes

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT(S):

Ability and Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs

Desired Characteristics:

Familiar with Seertech's Learning Management System and GE Aviation billing systems

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to help build effective processes

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills

Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with other GE businesses

Experience with GE / CFM engine platforms and/or contracts

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
