Job Description
Accountabilities:
Data Accuracy - using the approved internet sites, the Data Quality Analyst verifies and/or updates contact/account information in InterAction. Information gathered and entered the database must be correct and should meet the Quality Standard. An audit procedure is conducted regularly with a passing rate of 95.00%.
Completeness and Timeliness - this is measured through productivity. Productivity target is at least 30 records per hour. The number and type of record to work on may vary according to business needs.
Attendance - the Data Quality Analyst II is also being rated on his/her absenteeism and tardiness stipulated in his/her Performance Scorecard.
RESSPI Discipline Policy Adherence - refer to RESSPI Discipline Policy which applies to all employees
Perform data stewardship/maintenance of customers data by reviewing data change management tickets and approving or rejecting changes made to data
Research additional contact information where needed via LinkedIn and Web
Association Clean-up (Internal InterAction tool) to associate people with companies
Data Manipulation Skills
Deduplication of contact data, run reports on duplicates and perform merge where appropriate
Ensure data standards are and SLAs are met
Communicate effectively on the status of tasks and projects in progress
Confidentiality
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in data quality, analysis or working with CRM software along with a general understanding of typical Windows desktop applications. InterAction experience a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams consisting of US and International-based employees, as well as customer resources in multiple locations and time zones.
Ability to provide detailed information and along with the ability to summarize effectively for management.
Ability to work under pressure and within an environment of constant change.
Excellent organization and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
