We are seeking a customer-focused data analyst to join the Customer Success team. The focus of the role will be to identify actionable insights from customer IoT data, support the communication of these insights in ways that enable customers to take action, realize value, and develop sustainable processes to enable customers to realize value from the data at scale.
This individual works across Current's open data platform to connect information from a broad range of cutting-edge environmental controls
and sensors installed across building portfolios of some of today's leading enterprises.
They connect and interpret multidimensional data, use statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends, and synthesize visual reports and dashboards to unlock customer value in new ways and to identify new areas for product enhancement.
the Customer Data Analyst key responsibilities will include:

Understanding of CRM data, relational database structure (Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketo).
Experience with data connection tools and API
