Role Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused data analyst to join the Customer Success team. The focus of the role will be to identify actionable insights from customer IoT data, support the communication of these insights in ways that enable customers to take action, realize value, and develop sustainable processes to enable customers to realize value from the data at scale.

Essential Responsibilities:

This individual works across Current's open data platform to connect information from a broad range of cutting-edge environmental controls

and sensors installed across building portfolios of some of today's leading enterprises.

They connect and interpret multidimensional data, use statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends, and synthesize visual reports and dashboards to unlock customer value in new ways and to identify new areas for product enhancement.

Additionally,

the Customer Data Analyst key responsibilities will include:

  • Write basic

scripts to extract data from our database structure using R or Python.

  • Gather, clean

and analyze data from multiple primary sources to identify trends,

  • patterns, or

insights; use insights to drive clear business recommendations; identify and

set up ways to measure impact of recommended changes.

  • Ensure learning

inform both:

  • Internal

product development & Customer outcome quantification (reduction of

defects, outliers,

  • progress

toward goals, benchmarks, identification & validation of correlations, etc.

  • Build

sustainable processes & tools and enhance existing ones to do

  • the above at

scale.

  • Manipulate and

analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from varying sources

  • using a

variety of tools and data analysis techniques.

  • Define, track

and report key metrics to assess overall customer outcomes health.

  • Effectively communicate

complex concepts at an executive level and develop data-driven

  • stories and

executive presentations using interactive visualizations,

  • dashboards

and infographics.

  • Partner with

Product Management to drive product improvements from customer VOC.

  • Advance analytics

maturity within the business by counseling stakeholders on how to

  • extract

value from data and make data-driven decisions to improve products class family.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Undergraduate

degree from an accredited University or College (or high school diploma with 6

  • years exp.

  • Minimum of 3

years of experience in data analytics (Including experience leveraging

analytics to influence

decision making.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau to be able to visualize large sets of data

Efficiently.

  • Ability to walk through a typical data science workflow; demonstrated understanding of analytics data science methodology.

  • Experience with programming using R or Python and applying statistical techniques to

Complex.

  • Deep knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, ggplot2, etc.).

  • Understanding of CRM data, relational database structure (Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketo).

  • Experience with data connection tools and API

Creativity to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Analytical mind, able to process and prioritize information logically.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including virtually.

  • Ability to manage to aggressive deadlines while staying true to strategic outcomes.

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex issues clearly and accurately.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.

The individual operates as a key spokesperson to ensure appropriate communication and follow through of activities. S/he makes decisions on client or enterprise related technology development, process definition and management activities and ensures the correct business functionality, requirements, and industry standards are addressed with proposed solutions. Performs a liaison function between BBH's clients/business units and technology teams to accomplish the agreed upon tasks within budget and timeframes. Role Highlights: The Data Movement Business Analyst Lead will partner closely with Business and Product areas as well as other systems groups to drive change and implement controls and standard processes. The Data Movement Business Analyst Lead would be responsible for a wide range of ongoing and new and initiatives, including many initiatives working with Investor Services helping define and facilitate BBH's Data Services Product offering Responsibilities: Planning, Analysis and Organization * Lead internal and/or external client workshops/meetings to gather, understand and document project goals, workflows, complex business needs, gaps, and opportunities. * Lead for projects and initiatives. Determine how changing business needs will affect the system, product, and process. * Articulate their requirements and collaborate on potential solutions in terms that both business and technical teams can understand. Review all technical documentation related to the approved solution. * Understands the system architecture and functionality and assess the feasibility of requests and applies the features of the various systems and products as applicable. * Apply industry knowledge and standards to BBH's products and workflows to ensure the most efficient and effective solutions.
