General Purpose of the Position:
The Customer Contract Billing Coordinator is responsible for the timely review of customer contracts to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to Switch business rules. This position will collaborate with sales, sales operations, legal, and finance to verify contracts are properly maintained in the Switch CRM. The position reviews and communicates key customer contract data (e.g. billing terms) and billable charges to accounts receivable for invoicing. The Contract Coordinator tracks important customer agreement milestones, maintains key contract reports and metrics, and prepares revenue control and period closing reports as directed by management.
This role will report to the Director of Data Center Services and work closely with internal teams to reduce contractual errors, increase order processing and billing velocity, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains a strong and genuine sales focus at all times
Reviews sales contracts prior to submission to clients and provides feedback/changes to key stakeholders
Collaborates with Sales Operations to improve quote accuracy
Performs contract review through using DocuSign and other Switch contract/approval toolsets
Provides timely feedback and direction to contract stakeholders
Works with team members and other departments to gather critical customer data
Reviews and communicates billing terms and invoice lines to AR team
Prepares contract change notices and monitors contract performance
Promotes timely, accurate reporting
Notifies management of critical issues regarding future contracts or current contracts that will impact our ability to service a customer
Other Duties:

Responsible for taking out trash and keeping desk & office clean
