As an Customer Consultation & Care Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers all over the world! Whether they are a surf shop owner on the beach, a fashionista in Paris, or any one of the millions of GoGetters that use our products and service lines, you are here to help them KICK ASS on the internet! They will look to you to provide technical support. They will seek your advice on products and services that will make their webpage the most bad ass version that it can be!
Schedules are all 2nd. Please accurately list schedule availability on your prescreen form. Training is during the day.

Do you have what it takes?
Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses and consumers is a strong plus
Consult, recommend and enable the right online product and service strategies to help customers with their business or personal needs
Knowledge of internet, social media and/or small business is highly preferred
Do you have a flexible schedule? We are a 24/7 company so flexibility is a must!
Excellent spoken and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills to include proven rapport building and sales techniques
Ability to deliver stellar customer service while troubleshooting a technical support call
