Customer Communications & Training Internship

Customer Success is responsible for all things customer related. It begins with onboarding and educating new customers, driving user engagement, and ensuring they are getting the most out of the Clari product. You'll have to be upbeat, engaged, intelligent, and articulate, but most importantly, you need to be eager to learn. We don't expect you to know everything (we don't know everything either), but we do want you to learn with us and grow with us.
It's not easy transforming Revenue Operations for our customers, but with the team we've put together, there's no question we are going to accomplish something great. Wouldn't you want to be a part of that?
We're looking for a creative, driven individual to help us run customer training & webinar programs and build out our help center resources (best practice articles, videos, how-to guides, etc.). You'll help coordinate our live Clari University program where we train & certify our customer on Clari, and also help create the videos and content for a self-paced Clari University for our help center. You'll have the opportunity to not only learn how our product works, but also how top Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams use Clari and share those learnings with others.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, and comfortable with writing and designing documents (everything from Google Presentations to Help Center articles). You'll also ideally have some video editing experience. You're curious, excited to learn, and want to dive right in. You don't have to be technical, but you should be interested in technology and analytics and how things work.

Help support our live Clari University Program (where we train and certify our customers on Clari) and build out a new online, self-paced version.
Help organize and build content for webinars for our customers to share best practices and key use cases.
Support updating our customer-facing Help Center with the latest and greatest product information and design standards.
Work with Customer Success Managers and Implementation Consultants on building content to help them share best practices with our customers.
Think creatively about how we can scale to continue our quest in building a world class Customer Success team where we make our customers rockstars
Be ready to take on new challenges and projects! We always have something new going on!
Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in College, ideally studying Communications or Business
Superior communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal)
Design skills and proficiency with video editing are a plus
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time
Strong empathy for customers
Team player, enjoys working hard, exhibits professionalism, is dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations
Proficient with a Mac, PowerPoint, Google Slides
