Customer Center Coordinator

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION Oversee the daily operations of the Facilities Customer Center; answer phones; Receive, assign and respond to work order email requestors for BMC main campus; off campus buildings; create and assign work to engineering staff per direction of department Director / VP ; assist Director of Facilities and Support Service Department Directors to coordinate workload and to maintain communications link between Support Services Division and its customers. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) Experience: Education and Training: High School diploma. Business or secretarial training required. Proficient on MS Office Suite. License, Certification

None. Other Requirements: Must be able to use communications equipment, phones, pagers, radios. Must work with many crews and contractors; Must be able to communicate with patients using AIDET standards.
