Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO Handle customer service for designated Original Equipment Manufactures; coordinating bookings, forecast, allocation, deliveries for shipment, etc Maintain continuous focus on achieving maximized capacity utilization, optimal cargo mix & financial results Achieve required KPIs and initiate corrective action to ensure adherence to performance targets. Interface with trade and commercial with respect to customer escalation and prioritization. Close collaboration with sales, trade and operations departments to support forecasting, cargo delivery and vessel utilization Drive decisions that will strengthen our brand and improve our overall profitability.

Responsible for the daily planning and allocation of contracted cargo towards voyages, including allocation of space for non-fulfillment cargo. Engage, understand and commit to follow our companies' policies, values and processes Ensure adherence to Customs requirements and regulations. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED 3 years or more of customer care, sales or sales support experience At least 3 years working in a shipping or logistics environment, either in a customer service or planning related area Proven leadership skills General shipping knowledge and experience, both in terms of vessels and ports EVEN BETTER IF YOU Are results driven Adaptable and accountable - take high degree of accountability in the role Excel at being supportive and are process as well as detail oriented Have a sense of urgency ABOUT US Wallenius Wilhelmsen is an iconic shipping and logistics company with premium end-to-end supply chain management.
