We strive for positive social influence by treating our employees as respected partners and contributing to our local community as much as possible.About the LocationEligible candidates must reside in the Boulder, CO area as you will be required to be in the office roughly one day per week on average.About the JobCustomer Care/Nutritional Consultant Team Member- Only Natural PetSUMMARY:A Customer Care/Nutritional Consultant Team Member (hourly- 40 hours per week) is interested in offering extraordinary service assisting customers with orders, service, and natural pet health. As team member you will be the first impression of our company for many customers. The ideal candidate takes ownership, possesses excellent follow up skills, and resolves conflicts to ensure complete customer satisfaction.JOB DESCRIPTION:* 1st Priority Every Day: Make the Customers & Their Pets Happy * Place orders for customers and assist where needed with clarification of products, billing and/or process (product questions, shipping, auto-delivery, etc.)* Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions * Share and promote the natural pet care lifestyle * Communicate to management process, policy, website and feedback provided by customers * Support and participate the company in meeting its sustainability goals related to the environment, employees, and communityJOB QUALIFICATIONS:* 1-2 years customer service work and/or experience in an inbound call center preferred * Superior listening skills and an expressed empathy and concern for our customers and their pets * Effective oral, written, problem solving and researching skills (using a computer)* Experience in and familiarity with the natural food and/or pet food industries preferred * Proven work ethic, reliable attendance history and team player mentalityHigh School Diploma / GED or equivalent; some college preferredAbout the CultureOnly Natural Pet is a fun and rewarding workplace including:*
