Customer Support Lead Person

Our client has been an innovator in technology based therapeutic products in the Clearwater area for nearly 30 years. Due to increased demand of their products, we are currently searching for bright, dependable, and eager candidates to fill their open Customer Support Lead Person.

Duties include:
Provide quality phone and email support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness.
Answer incoming calls, troubleshooting electronic, mechanical, or software failures, customer inquiries, product assembly questions while providing our customers with exceptional customer service.
Maintain current knowledge on all product offerings and technical support procedures in order to provide accurate solutions to customers.
Accurately document customer information and a detailed problem/issues description of all support calls/e-mails in a call tracking system.
Work independently to solve support issues. Escalate issues to second-level support and management when necessary.
Assist customers with technical phone support on questions for pre-installation, installation, and set-up and configuration of hardware, software and power; and training for finished goods equipment and products.
Test and debug operating software for equipment and product completing required testing, quality checks and verification all testing protocols have met specification.
Lead a team of up to 10 Support Specialist and act as liaison between the team and management.
Handle escalated calls.

Requirements include:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years applicable work experience in a service related environment, particularly towards electronic, mechanical and software technical support via phone.
Hands on experience with PC operations both hardware and software operating systems.
Outgoing, team oriented and results driven.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Team Lead experience is required.

The Senior Care Management Support Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Responsibilities The Senior Care Management Support Professional contributes to administration of care management. * Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. * The work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. * May also assist with transitions from the custodial setting to the home and community based setting. * Required to travel within the Region 5 (Pinellas & Pasco County, FL ) to meet with the long term care members, hospital/rehab staff, discharge planners, family members/POA's, PCP's, and other health care professionals in order to prevent custodial placements when possible. Required Qualifications The Senior Care Management Support Professional shall meet one of the following qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience. * Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the state of Florida with at least 2 years of relevant experience. * Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), licensed in the state of Florida, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. The Senior Care Management Support Professional shall meet all of the following qualifications: * This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits. * Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office, to ensure you and your patients have absolute and continuous privacy while you work. * Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office (No Satellite). * Intermediate to advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. * This role is considered patient facing and is a part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. * AHCA Fingerprint Required. Preferred Qualifications * 701B Certification. * Medication application (RFA) experience. * Prior experience with Medicare & Medicaid recipients. * Prior nursing home diversion or long term care case management experience. * Road Warrior who enjoys traveling long distances. * Previous experience with electronic case note documentation and experience with documenting in multiple computer applications/systems. * Experience working with geriatric population. * Experience with health promotion, coaching and wellness. * Knowledge of community health and social service agencies and additional community resources. * Bilingual a plus.
