You are the voice and ear of Zalando. As Customer Care Specialist you will help and support our customers. You will give advice and respond to diverse, customer inquiries including payment queries, ordering process, return process and general questions. You will always find a solution to satisfy the customer, even in challenging cases
You think further.You take the right conclusion from our customers feedback and actively support the improvement of our customer service
Customer Orientation. Past experience is a plus but whatever your background, you are customer focused
Communication. You have excellent knowledge of French in written and spoken form and are also fluent in English. In every situation you find the right words and remain friendly and calm
IT Skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and general computer skills are required
