• Customer Service Rep, your workweek will be full-time, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, offering flexibility for extended hours, nights, or weekends when required. Your day is a dynamic blend of answering customer calls, booking jobs, and conducting follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.
  
  Your adept communication skills shine as you engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and written correspondence.
