Our client, who is conveniently located in a northern suburb of Columbus, has several immediate openings within their Customer Care Department. As a Customer Care Representative you will be the main point of contact between our client and their new and existing customers.
We are looking for Professional Customer Care Representatives to join our team. This Customer Care Representative opportunities are local to Columbus and require the following core skills:
Document product or service complaints in an efficient manner by clarifying the customer complaint while determining the root cause and the best solution to resolve the complaint.
Properly documents the customer concerns and next steps in the SalesForce database.
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Update customer data and produce activity reports
Expertly walk customers through the problem solving process
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
2-3 Years of Customer Care Representative Call Center experience preferred.
Proven track record of Customer service problem solving & decision making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multi-task through a variety of computer screens while talking on the phone.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Problem solving, critical thinking skills
