Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Westminster, Co (hybrid & weekend shifts)

This weekend-centric role works a "4-days on, 3-days off" schedule over the weekend to ensure our customers get the help they need.
What You Will Do
The Customer Care Representative provides outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience with our positioning solutions. The ideal candidate is service minded and thrives in a friendly, hard-working, fast paced environment.
Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and phone and call customers to renew their subscriptions, up-sell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedback
Input sales orders, payments, and help customer activate their service and update client accounts to maintain data integrity
Troubleshoot technical customer issues with service activation and operation
Work weekend shifts
What Skills and Qualifications You Should Bring
Excellent communication skills
A warm, approachable, outgoing manner
Able to uncover customer needs and pair them with appropriate solutions
Skilled in outbound customer calls to solicit subscription renewals
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and internet browsers
Technical expertise preferred
What Skills and Qualifications You Could Bring
Conversational in Portuguese and/or Spanish
Experience using database management systems
2+ years of experience in a customer service position

About Your Location
This role will report out of the Westminster, Colorado Trimble office. The expectation is that the individual that will fill this role is able to operate as an "onsite" or as a "hybrid" employee.

The advanced positioning division continues to deliver GNSS correction services and solutions across a variety of markets and industries. Our Vision is to deliver the best easy-to-choose, easy-to-use high accuracy experience to our customers, regardless of their hardware brand
We serve Professionals in agriculture, surveying, GIS land and marine construction, and owner/operators of real-time GNSS networks
