Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona is Currently Hiring Customer Care Representatives

Our ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, a strong background in exceeding customer expectations, and will be extremely detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review orders/projects to ensure proper product inclusion in contracts.
  • Provide feedback to Jacuzzi Sales Representatives regarding measurements or pricing issues.
  • Conduct welcome calls with new clients to review ordered products and assign installation dates.
  • Review quality standards and customer satisfaction/reviews in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and past clients.
  • Assist customers during the period between sales and installation.

HOURS/PAY

  • Full-time Monday to Friday (Second Shift 11:30am-8:00pm) and every other Saturday (OT at time and a half).
  • Hourly pay rate of $19
  • Hybrid Schedule available after training

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Customer service and data entry experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Construction contract experience (preferred).
