Our cheerful, helpful Customer Care Representatives provide professional service to incoming customer calls and in-person interactions.
This is a full-time position with hours of Monday Friday, 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m., and occasional Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. This position will be located in Monticello, MN.
The following skills and experience are preferred:
Two or more years of experience in a customer service capacity
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work with multiple details to create custom solutions for customers
Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications
AAS degree in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
